Our ceilidh band was formed in response to the need for Scots-away-from-home to have a decent party without having to return to the ‘homeland’. As the popularity of ceilidhs has increased, the group have played for weddings, birthday parties, corporate events, Burns Night Celebrations and Charity Balls. The band comes complete with an excellent caller, who will liaise with you before the event, to plan dances at a suitable level for your guests. He will lead your guests – from beginners to seasoned dancers, through a wide variety of well known dances. The band is available as a three or four piece with caller; instruments include: the accordion, violin, guitar and bass.
We have used the band for a number of events, including a wedding which also had a DJ. All of the guests JUST wanted to dance to the band; in the end the DJ packed up early! This band is fantastic and if you want a great evening for your guests: book this band!
